Almost every staff member I interacted with show no interest on the issue I was experiencing and offered me no solution at all. From the minute I left home ans headed to the Guitar Hotel at the Seminole Hard Rock hotel and casino my experience was very very disappointing. This was by far the worst experience ever in any hotel in the USA. The hotel staff, from the receptionist to some of the managers, were rude and not nice at all.
